Terms and Conditions Use of the m8bet Platform

Welcome to m8bet. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and m8bet ("Platform", "We"). • Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• The welcome bonus is only eligible for new members making their first deposit.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirement has been fully met.

• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources for wagering activities.
• Registering a fake account or providing false personal information during the KYC process.
• Abuse of the bonus system through hedging betting methods or bonus arbitrage techniques.

M8bet reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant authorities.
• Suspicious activity related to money laundering or financial fraud.
• Account closure requests submitted by the member themselves.
